Catfish Puppies

What you’ll need:

2 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillets, baked, cooled and flaked
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 egg
Vegetable oil

How to prepare:

Heat vegetable oil in deep fryer to 365°F.

Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Form mixture into 1 ½-inch balls.

Place into oil.

Cook for 3-5 minutes or until coating is golden brown.
