★Save RecipePat dry your U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard and melted butter, and mix well. Set the mixture aside.
For the pecan crust, combine shredded Parmesan cheese, chopped pecans, garlic and parsley in a bowl, and gently mix until well combined.
Brush the honey mustard mixture onto the catfish. Using your hands, grab a generous amount of your pecan mixture and press it onto the top of the catfish.
Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and air fry on 375º F for 9 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
