What you’ll need:

  • 4 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillets
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons Italian seasoned dry breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to prepare:

COAT top side of fillets in mayonnaise. SPRINKLE the Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan until the tops are covered. PLACE on a greased baking dish and bake at 350° F for 20 minutes, until Parmesan is golden and fillets are flaky.
