Catfish Flatbread with Blue Cheese and Olives

What you’ll need:

  • 1 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillet, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 lavash flatbread, or naan
  • ½ cup garlic cloves, roasted
  • ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup onion, caramelized
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • ¼ cup olives, sliced

How to prepare:

PREHEAT the oven to 425° F.

DRIZZLE the Catfish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

PLACE Catfish on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

PLACE flatbread on a sheet pan.

DRIZZLE with olive oil.

Evenly DISTRIBUTE all remaining ingredients over the flatbread.

BAKE for 5 minutes.

SERVE with a classic martini.
