Baked Catfish Fillets with Veggies

What you’ll need:

  • 2 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillets, 9-12 oz.
  • 1 sweet onion
  • Tony Chachere’s seasoning
  • Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • ¼ cup chicken broth or water
  • Salt and pepper

How to prepare:

SLICE onion and layer on the bottom of a 9×13 greased baking dish. PLACE Catfish fillets on top of onions and season with Tony Chachere’s and lemon pepper seasoning to taste. PLACE broccoli and cauliflower florets on top of Catfish fillets and season with salt and pepper. ADD ¼ cup of chicken broth or water. COVER with foil and bake at 300° F for 2 hours.
