Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the chickpeas and bacon onto a lined sheet pan.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes, then add broccoli and toss to coat with other ingredients.
Place back in oven and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until bacon is cooked and broccoli is soft.
Combine the marinade ingredients and marinate the Catfish fillets for 5 minutes.
Remove and pat dry. Heat 3 tbsp. vegetable oil in nonstick sauté pan over medium high heat.
Cook Catfish 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 3 minutes or until cooked through.
