Serving Size: Makes 6-7 skewers
★Save RecipePreheat oven to 425 degrees
Cut 4 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish Fillets into bite size pieces and season with: 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1/2 tbsp Creole Seasoning , 1 tsp Onion Powder , 1 tsp Garlic Powder , 1 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Smoked Paprika, Chop 1/2 of a Red, Green and Yellow Bell Pepper into pieces. Chop 1/2 of a Red onion into pieces.
Assemble your skewers with chopped red onion, U.S. Farm Raised Catfish, Bell Peppers and repeat. You can make your skewers however you like.
Spray a lined baking sheet with non stick spray and place skewers on it.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
In a pan on low to medium heat add:
1/4 c. Bourbon
1/2 c. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 c. Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Honey
Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes and add glaze to both sides of skewers and enjoy !
