PREHEAT the oven to 425° F.

PLACE Catfish on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
PLACE flatbread on a sheet pan.
DRIZZLE with olive oil.
Evenly DISTRIBUTE all remaining ingredients over the flatbread.
BAKE for 5 minutes.
