★Save RecipeWash and clean the leeks under running water and then dice them. Once done add the diced leeks in a mixing bowl followed by diced Catfish, chili powder, egg whites, lemon, salt, pepper and oats. Mix well with a spoon. Now, prepare small balls of the mixture. Repeat until you finish the prepared mixture.
Next, transfer the prepared balls in an oven safe tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the meatballs get a golden brown color. Serve hot and spoon watermelon sweet and sour sauce over the meatballs!
Mix ingredients together in a small pot and cook on medium head until reduced to a thicker sauce about 12 minutes constantly stirring. Spoon over meatballs and enjoy Makes about 2 cups.
