2 cups Lay’s Original Potato Chips, crushed (enough for coating)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How to prepare:
Coat Catfish fillets with ranch salad dressing. Dredge fillets through crushed potato chips. Place on a baking pan and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and sweet peas.
