Chili Lime Catfish Wontons

What you’ll need:

  • 3 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish Fillets
  • 1 tbsp Chili Lime Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Juice from ½ a lime
  • Chili Lime Sauce:
  • 2 ½ tbsp Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • Juice from ½ a lime
  • 2 tbsp milk or water
  • ½ tsp Chili Lime Seasoning
  • Salt to taste

How to prepare:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Line a muffin pan with olive oil.

Place 12 wonton wrappers inside each muffin cup, pressing in.

Bake for 4-5 minutes. Check every few minutes to make sure they don’t overcook.

Pat 3 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish Fillets dry with a paper towel, cut into bite sized pieces and season.

Mix well and cook U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish Fillets in 3-4 tbsp Grapeseed Oil until done.

Drain on paper towel in a plate.

Assemble wontons with Chili Lime Sauce, Baby Arugula, U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish, Chili Lime Sauce and Green Onions.
