Catfish Hot Wings

What you’ll need:

  • 4 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillets, cut into 1-inch strips
  • Vegetable oil for the fryer
  • 2 cups fish breading
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1⁄4 cup hot sauce
  • Celery
  • Blue cheese dressing

How to prepare:

PREHEAT oil in fryer to 350° F.

COAT Catfish with fish breading, shake off any excess and place in oil.

COOK until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Remove strips from oil, and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining Catfish.

In a small saucepan, HEAT butter and hot sauce. Place Catfish in a bowl, and toss with hot sauce mixture.

SERVE with celery and blue cheese dressing.
