What you’ll need:

  • 4 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillets
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • Breading:
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper

How to prepare:

MIX mustard, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning and egg.

SEASON Catfish with mixture.

MIX yellow cornmeal, all-purpose flour, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika and black pepper.

COAT Catfish in breading.

FRY Catfish in high heat oil at 330 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.

SLICE open half of a toasted French roll.

ADD Catfish and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
