Catfish Poboys Topped with a Three-Ingredient Cajun Slaw

What you’ll need:

  • 4 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish pieces, fried
  • Fresh French bread
  • 1.5 cups raw broccoli slaw mix
  • ⅓ cup of tartar sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoons crystal hot sauce

How to prepare:

In a bowl, mix together broccoli slaw, tartar sauce and crystal hot sauce. Cover and chill in fridge for at least 15 minutes.

Toast French bread.

Assemble po-boys with slaw and catfish pieces (2 fillets per sandwich).

Enjoy with a side of hush puppies.
