What you’ll need:

  • 3 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Capers
  • Assorted crackers and sliced breads
  • Boiled egg, chopped
  • Cream cheese, whipped

How to prepare:

PREPARE grill. Add some apple wood chips for smoking.

DRIZZLE Catfish fillets with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper and garlic.

PLACE fillets on a perforated pizza oven pan. Place pan directly on grill, and cover. Smoke for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

FLAKE smoked Catfish on a platter, and surround with assorted vegetables, crackers and spreads.
